The first real signs of summer have shows their faces, and as June begins, many of us have spent sunny Friday afternoons daydreaming of a cold pint in a sunny beer garden.
Beer gardens are some of the most beloved and sacred places in the summer, with many popular pubs finding their outdoors areas jam packed as soon as the sun starts shining. Over the past month, we've asked you, the BedfordshireLive readers to decide which pub in Bedfordshire has the best beer garden.
After dozens of nominations, a narrowed shortlist and now a final vote, the winner has been decided. The Ship, located in Bedford, beat Luton's The Brewery Tap to the win, amassing half of the total votes.
