Tulsa Oklahoma was the scene of devastation after high winds of over 100 miles per hour swept through this past weekend.

The city's college football stadium was not spared as it experienced significant damage.

The University of Tulsa will have some forced renovations to undertake at its Chapman Stadium as the winds downed a light post and goalpost.

Fortunately, there have been no reports of anyone getting hurt.

KTUL's TJ Eckert has posted some photos of the damage to Twitter showing some debris, as well as a towering light pole, and a bent-up goalpost.

The light pole fell right on top of the school's basketball facility, the Reynolds Center.

You could check out the windstorm's wake in the photos and videos right below:

That's pretty incredible when you think about it. Goalposts are pretty thin, so winds would have to be deadly to fold one into a pretzel like what's seen above.

Meanwhile, Tulsa is going into its first football campaign under Kevin Wilson, formerly the offensive coordinator at Ohio State. The program parted ways with Philip Montgomery after an eight-year spell.

The basketball team produced the worst record in the AAC last season, going 5-25 under first-year head coach Eric Konkol.

The football team has plenty of time to get repairs done as their season doesn't start until the end of August, but it's certainly bound to be an inconvenience.
