Limber up and get ready to rip into the pit for the next few months because DZ Deathrays are headed out on a whopping 20-date tour, kicking off with a free album launch party tonight (June 2) at Crowbar in Sydney.
The Brisbane thrashy trio are packing their bags and hitting the road for the next few months to celebrate the release of their sixth studio album R.I.F.F. and plan to smash out stages in cities and regional spots alike.
It's looking like theatres, bars and band rooms all over the place will be vibrating from the unbridled power of DZ Deathrays over the back end of this year.
They'll be joined on this whopping national tour by Melbourne's Press Club and Newcastle's latest post-punk offering, dust.
After their big record blowout in Sydney, DZ Deathrays will be headed up to Gumbaynggirr Land / Coffs Harbour for Tidal Sounds Music Festival and Ngarigo Land / Jindabyne for Bender In The Snow on July 22.
They'll then officially kick off their R.I.F.F. tour in Guruk / Port Macquarie on July 28 before taking in a shredload of shows and wind it all up in Eora / Sydney on September 16.
