Burnt out Sydney CBD building to be demolished

Efforts to start demolishing the building at the centre of one of Sydney's biggest ever structure fires will begin today, with firefighters set to commence measures to render the building safe.

A contractor will assess the ruins to determine the safest way to demolish the heritage-listed building.
