Four men are rowing across the Indian Ocean in a carbon fibre vessel to raise money for Parkinson's research.
The journey is expected to take over two months as the men take turns rowing two hours each, 24 hours a day.
Team Leader Chris Cleghorn spoke to Sky News Australia from the sea to discuss the journey.
"Conditions are huge out here . five, maybe six-meter waves . we snapped and lost an oar, so we've had to carry out some repairs on deck throughout the night, but the team are working well," he said.
