During Willie Nelson's lengthy career, he has become an absolute legend who has been inducted into several Hall of Fames including the one dedicated to country music. Even as he was busy touring the world and providing the soundtrack for many people's lives, Nelson also managed to build a reputation as one of the nicest guys in the entertainment industry.

Of course, Willie Nelson's reputation isn't limited to how nice he is. After all, virtually everyone knows how much passion Nelson has for a certain green plant partially since he's been arrested for possessing it so many times. Considering that Nelson has fathered eight kids, including his son Lukas, that begs an obvious question, do his kids have the same love for the country singer's favorite plant?

Over the years, Willie Nelson has spoken about how much he enjoys partaking in the magical green plant during many interviews. Unsurprisingly, Nelson has made it very, very clear that he enjoys how the plant makes him feel. However, one thing that a lot of fans don't know is that when Nelson spoke to Rolling Stone in 2019, the singer actually credited the plant with saving his life.

"I wouldn't be alive. It saved my life, really. I wouldn't have lived... if I'd have kept drinking and smoking like I was when I was 30, 40 years old. I think that w**d kept me from wanting to kill people. And probably kept a lot of people from wanting to kill me, too -- out there drunk, running around."

"I haven't smoked a cigarette since. I haven't drank that much either, because one will make me want the other -- I smoke a cigarette, I wanna drink a whiskey. Drink a whiskey, want a cigarette. That's me. I can't speak for nobody else."

On top of talking about how much discovering the magical green plant improved his life, Willie Nelson also expressed why he has a problem with laws that make it illegal. "A lot of it is because people get in there who don't even have the bail money to get out. Let those guys out and start working and paying taxes."

Over the years, there have been a handful of celebrities who've been very open about liking to partake in the magical green plant. Snoop Dogg is a perfect example of that since he uses his huge fortune to pay someone to always have some of the plant ready for the rapper to enjoy has become well known. On top of that, Seth Rogen's love for the same plant has become a big part of his reputation.

When fans see people like Snoop Dogg, Willie Nelson, and Seth Rogen talk about loving their favorite plant, it can be easy to think that everyone is similarly willing to publically state the same thing. In reality, however, most people who use that plant don't go around talking about it all the time.

When it comes to the majority of Willie Nelson's kids, they have never spoken in public about their fondness for the same magic green plant their father uses daily. As a result, there is no way to know for sure if some of Nelson's kids have the same affection for the greenery that their famous father has. On the other hand, there is some pretty strong evidence that some of Willie's kids share his passion.

In 2015, Willie Nelson launched Willie's Reserve, a company that sells a product advertised as the beloved singer's stash, in states where it is legal. Several years ago, a photo of Nelson's daughter Lana holding some of Willie's Reserve products was posted on the singer's official Instagram account. Of course, that doesn't necessarily prove she uses her father's product but it does make it seem very likely.

Just like his older sister Lana, a photo of Willie Nelson's son Lukas holding some of his father's stash has been uploaded on Instagram. Instead of being seen clutching his father's product after it was packaged and ready to sell, Lukas was photographed holding a massive bag of the magical green plant. It certainly seems like the photo of Lukas indicates he enjoys the same greenery as his famous father.

Of all of Willie Nelson's kids who seem to have indicated they enjoy the same plant as their father, his son Micah, who performs under the name Particle Kid, was the most blatant. In 2022, Particle Kid and Willie collaborated on a song titled "Die When I'm High (Halfway to Heaven)" that can be listened to on the legendary singer's YouTube channel.
