Frankel shared the tweet alongside screenshots of Meghan's less favourable coverage in the press. With over 1,000 responses, users widely slammed Frankel's takedown, calling her "delusional".
"Not a white housewife comparing her struggle to Meghan's. A woman of color joining the Royal Family. It's the delusion for me. Everyone is working overtime trying to silence her. Let us hear what she has to say!" wrote one user.
"Bethenny, with all due respect, we literally watched you become successful and rich on TV. Yet you always seemed to have something to cry about every episode. Maybe this is the wrong angle for you to take," shared another.
Royal author Omid Scobie, who previously co-penned the tell-all biography Finding Freedom shared a Twitter update claiming he was "ready" for the interview.
In the post he included an asthma inhaler, a phone screen featuring Twitter, popcorn and some "tea".
