Many Everton fans have been flocking to some early team news that Carlo Ancelotti has given ahead of their club's FA Cup tie at home to Tottenham Hotspur.
Speaking in his pre-game press conference ahead of the match against Spurs on Wednesday night, the Italian boss said that both James Rodriguez and Jordan Pickford will face late fitness checks, while midfielder Allan has been ruled out altogether.
Josh King is also cup-tied having previously played in the last rounds with AFC Bournemouth, meaning that the Merseyside club may have as many as four first-team squad players unavailable to play at Goodison Park.
The Toffees have a chance of progressing through into the next round as they will feel that they have what it takes to overcome Jose Mourinho's men and they could have one eye on winning the competition to bring some long-awaited silverware to Goodison Park.
However, they may have to do it with a number of their key players potentially ruled out of the match.
