The line-ups for the all-star Game4Ukraine at Stamford Bridge on 5th August have been revealed.
Legends such as Samuel Eto'o, Patrick Vieira, and Gerard Pique will grace the turf in the charity game to raise money for Ukraine.
The event's overarching goal is to raise money to rebuild schools in the invaded nation. Reconstruction work will begin with the Mykhailo-Kotsiubynskyi School in Chernihiv Oblast, which was hit by missiles in March 2022.
Money will go to the United24 charity established by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Emma Hayes will manage the Blue Team, captained by Andriy Shevchenko, while Arsene Wenger will preside over the Yellow Team, skippered by Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The match sees former Chelsea stars Claude Makelele, William Gallas, Michael Essien, Gianfranco Zola, Ricardo Carvalho, Carlo Cudicini, and Samuel Eto'o return to Stamford Bridge alongside current inhabitants Emma Hayes and Mykhailo Mudryk.
Plenty of former Arsenal stars are in the mix, namely Patrick Vieira, Jens Lehmann, Robert Pires, Per Mertesacker, Jack Wilshere, and Bacary Sagna. They will once again be under the guiding hand of legendary manager Arsene Wenger.
There's plenty of World Cup pedigree, too. Alongside Mertesacker, Vieira, and Pires, Pique, Fabio Cannavaro, Luca Toni, Massimo Oddo, and Dida all lifted the coveted trophy.
Two Ballon d'Or winners are showing their face in the form on Shevchenko and Cannavaro.
But there's only one man to win a Cypriot league and cup double, and that honour rests with John Arne Riise after his exploits in 2014/15, ten years on from his Champions League success with Liverpool.
