Arctic Monkeys are set to take to the stage at Glastonbury days after cancelling a gig in Dublin.

Frontman Alex Turner was ordered to rest earlier this week after falling ill with laryngitis - inflammation of the voice box.

Fans feared that the band might be forced to call off tonight's (June 23) headline slot on the Pyramid Stage, but thankfully Alex has recovered and the gig appears to be going ahead.

Hopes are high after Alex's girlfriend Louise Verneuil uploaded a snap to her Instagram Story that shows she's on the way to Worthy Farm.

'Go Glasto', she wrote, suggesting she's off to support her rocker boyfriend from the side of the stage.

The Sheffield rockers are set to headline straight after a slot by Royal Blood, who recently made headlines themselves when they branded the audience at Radio 1's Big Weekend 'pathetic' for not clapping enough, and stormed off stage.

So what time will Arctic Monkeys be performing, and how can you watch them on TV?

Here's what you need to know.

Arctic Monkeys are due to headline the Pyramid Stage today (Friday, June 23) at 10.15pm.

It will be the band's third headline slot at the festival after their 2007 and 2013 performances.

Organiser Emily Eavis confirmed she had back-up plans in case Alex's health deteriorated, but on Wednesday said she was confident they would appear.

Frontman Alex will be joined by lead guitarist Jamie Cook, bassist Nick O'Malley and drummer Matt Helders.

They're sure to play some of their classics in the 90 minute set including Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High, Fluorescent Adolescent, I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor and Do I Wanna Know.

If you didn't get tickets to Worthy Farm this weekend - or just prefer your Glastonbury in the comfort of your own sofa without tents and long-drop loos, you can catch all the action on BBC1 - but with a 15 minute delay.

Coverage of the set starts at 10.30pm on BBC1 on Friday, June 23 - but you can also watch the lead-up with Jo Whiley in the previous show, on BBC2, from 9pm.

It will also be available on BBC iPlayer, and will run until midnight.

Arctic Monkeys' set is just one of many being streamed by the BBC this weekend, including Lewis Capaldi, Lizzo, Guns N' Roses and Elton John.

Although the band hasn't said anything specific about this year's Glastonbury performance, they issued a statement (now deleted) on social media shortly before about their cancelled Dublin gig.

On June 19, a rep for the band penned: 'We are extremely sorry to announce the cancellation of Arctic Monkeys' show at Marlay Park in Dublin tomorrow.

'Alex is suffering from acute laryngitis and following medical advice, has been ordered to rest.

'Alex and the band apologise for the huge disappointment this will inevitably cause to all their Irish fans. Full refunds will be credited back to the ticket purchaser's account.'

Alongside Arctic Monkeys, Friday's line-up includes Royal Blood, Texas, Kelis, The Damned and Billy Bragg.

Saturday sees Guns N' Roses, Lana Del Ray, Manic Street Preachers, Lizzo, Lewis Capaldi, Fatboy Slim and Christine and the Queens among many others.

Sunday's big headliner on the Pyramid Stage is Elton John, while Queens of the Stone Age head up the Other Stage, and Rudimental headlines on West Holts.
