While it is easy on the wallet, this 2 Ingredient Fudge does not skimp on flavor for a no-bake fudge! Now fudge can normally have a complicated process to make but this fudge is so easy to make. Plus, as a two ingredient dessert, you probably have the ingredients on hand!

When I first saw the recipe on -> Midlife Healthy Living I knew I had to try it. The multistep process of fudge has always intimated me so making fudge using my microwave seemed genius and easy! As a bonus, this recipe is easy for kids to make with minor help, I mean, peanut butter and frosting fudge sounds amazing right?
Scoop all the frosting and peanut butter into a microwave-safe container.
I used a Pyrex measuring cup; having the handle makes it easier to pour the fudge into the pan when you are done. Plus, being see-through made it easier to ensure everything was well-mixed. The handle to make pouring easier. Plus it was easy to see that I had mixed it all together.
Michael had a blast being the one to scrape out the containers into the Pyrex measuring cup!
Put the bowl in the microwave on high for 1 minute.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the combination together.
Then microwave on high for 1 min on high and pour the mixture into a glass pan, a 8 x 8 baking pan, works best) for this recipe.
Smooth out, then refrigerate until hard, should only take a couple of hours!
Cut into squares and serve!
Store this fudge in an airtight container. This can be stored on the counter, but the fudge will soften quite a bit. For a firmer fudge consistency, store in the fridge.
