Vinnies CEO Sleepout an 'eye opener' for participants

Vinnies NSW CEO Yolanda Saiz says participants of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout hear firsthand from the people with lived experience of being homeless.

"We're very grateful to the people who've assisted, who've so generously shared their stories," she told Sky News host Paul Murray.

"It's an eye opener for people so they learn a lot, we ask them to raise funds, and when they leave here, we ask them to advocate on behalf of the issues."
