A Lancashire town has been named among the cheapest seaside locations for buyers in new Rightmove analysis.
The analysis reveals the latest trends by the coast including the cheapest and most expensive coastal locations for both buyers and renters plus the coastal buyer and renter search hotspots in the UK.
Blackpool was named among the cheapest seaside locations for buyers with an average asking price of £147,244.
Fleetwood also featured in the same list with an average asking price of £154,560 while it also made the cheapest seaside locations for renters list with an average asking price of rent (per calendar month) being £685.
