Bianca Gascoigne is set to take part in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins just four months after giving birth, according to reports.

The 36 year old, who welcomed her first child in February, is no stranger to reality television - having won Celebrity Love Island in 2006 before appearing on Celebrity Big Brother, Celebrity Coach Trip and even The X Factor. But the former lads' mags model and daughter of England football legend Paul Gascoigne is now ready to take on her most challenging show yet.

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins sees famous contestants attempt to pass the notoriously difficult SAS Selection test - with their physical and mental capabilities pushed to the limit by an elite team of ex-special forces operators. And according to an insider, Bianca will fly to New Zealand next week to start filming for the show.

A source told The Sun: "Bianca is ready and raring to go. She loves challenging herself, and by signing up to SAS she knows she will be pushed to her physical and mental limits. Bianca has been on a lot of television shows but nothing as challenging as this, and she cannot wait to get started."

The insider went on to say that, as a former model, Bianc knows people will have preconceptions about her. "She wants to show them what she is made of on SAS and those close to her think she will surprise a lot of people," the source added.

A total of 14 celebrities took part in last year's series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins - but only four made it to the finish line. They were Ferne McCann, 32, Calum Best, 41, AJ Pritchard, 27, and Maisie Smith, 21.

Many stars sustained injuries along the way, including TOWIE favourite Pete Wicks, 33. Others, including Love Island's Amber Gill, 25, were forced to quit after failing to complete tasks.

It has been reported that the civilian version of SAS: Who Dares Wins has been axed so Channel 4 can pump money into the celebrity version. The station is expected to announce some big names joining the line-up for this year's show in the coming weeks and months.

In February, Bianca announced she and boyfriend Arron Wright had welcomed a little girl into the world with a sweet video on Instagram. It included a glimpse of their newborn's hospital tag, the new mum's hospital bed and a series of clips of Arron cuddling the little girl.

Days later, she announced her newborn was called Blake Sunshine - with her followers branding the name "beautiful". In April, Bianca showcased her incredible post-baby figure just two months after giving birth in a black bikini and matching kaftan as she and her daughter enjoyed a holiday at Camber Sands, West Sussex.

And last month she wowed again with bikini snaps from her sun-soaked getaway to the Maldives.
