Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale has aired a shock cliffhanger as Caleb Miligan revealed he knew who was responsible for pushing him into the ravine.
Following the fall, which left a seriously injured Caleb hospitalised and in a coma, Mackenzie Boyd appeared to be the prime suspect. However, it was later revealed that Mackenzie is in fact innocent and Caleb's son Nicky was actually responsible for the violent attack.
Tonight's episode (June 21) saw Caleb finally regain consciousness after the fall and confront his son with the truth.
While Mackenzie was left fearing for his freedom, Nicky and Chasity waited for news by Caleb's bedside.

After being removed from the ventilator, Caleb was finally able to regain consciousness. A relieved Chasity then explained that the doctors had advised him to rest before being interviewed by the police.
As Chasity left the hospital, Caleb asked Nicky to stay behind, revealing there were things the pair needed to discuss. Nicky began to fill his dad in on the police charges Mackenzie was facing, however Caleb soon called him out over his apparent concern for his safety and admitted he remembered everything that happened at the ravine.
"You can stop pretending that you care because I remember exactly what happened. It was you that pushed me," he said, as a flashback showed that Nicky had been following Caleb on the day of the attack.

Later on, an anxious Nicky waited to see whether or not his father would tell the truth to the police or allow Mackenzie to take the blame.
"You wouldn't really grass me up would you, dad?" Caleb pleaded.
"I haven't decided yet," he warned. "So if you see the police coming, you know that I've chosen you."
What will Caleb decide?
