Uncharted is one of the most popular action-adventure titles that people still talk about fondly to this day. Despite having some issues when it comes to the linearity and its uninspired gameplay, the series more than makes up for it with a wealth of amazing character interactions and strong writing that makes every personality on the screen instantly likable.

As a result, it's easy to see why achievement hunting is such a blast in this game, with players replaying iconic levels and trying to carry out unique acts that are rewarded by the game through this system. However, there are some achievements in Uncharted that can be quite tough to complete, and players definitely tore their hair out when trying to accomplish the following challenges.
There's something poetic about a game encouraging people to not kill anyone while encountering waves upon waves of enemies who are meant to be gunned down. This challenge is taken even further with the Peaceful Resolution chapter.
Players have to go through Chapters 13 & 14 without killing anyone, which is easier said than done. This is especially annoying became Sam accompanies Drake during the latter chapter and will start raining bullets if Nate gets spotted.
Peppering enemies with bullets is a golden way to take out any enemy in the Uncharted series, especially since getting within melee range can render players susceptible to gunshots and the like.
This is why Steel First Expert is such a tricky challenge. Players have to weaken an enemy with gunshots before killing them with a single punch ten times in a row, which is a hellish endeavor in every way.
Given that Uncharted is mainly about finding ancient relics and valuable heirlooms, it's easy to see why all games are laden with treasure. While finding these trinkets in the environment can be quite interesting, this mainly boils down to luck... unless players are following a guide, that is.

This is why the trophy related to finding each and every treasure in the game can be such a chore. It takes quite a bit of effort, and replaying levels because players missed out on a treasure or two becomes really frustrating after a point.
Rafe is the villain of Uncharted 4, manipulating both friend and foe to get his way. He's a heinous person in every way, and the part where Nathan gets to duel him using a saber makes for a great time... unless players are trying to get this achievement.
Swordmaster entails that players must perfectly parry all of this antagonist's attacks, which is easier said than done. Players will be replaying this boss fight over and over again in a bid to get this achievement, which significantly cheapens the impact of this final confrontation.
Crushing difficulty is no joke, with players being downed in a few hits. Nathan is pretty much made of glass in this difficulty mode and only veterans looking for a challenge should play on this difficulty.
Players need to use cover properly, run and gun efficiently, and switch up weapons appropriately for every combat encounter. With all these tips, Crushing difficulty is certainly doable... but players should be prepared to see Nathan ragdoll quite a bit.
Speedrunning a game is easier said than done, especially when it comes to a title like Uncharted. There are two titles in the game that reward speed runs, with the first one being vastly more challenging in every way.
Having to run through the game in less than two and a half hours is nightmarish, and players will curse every death they face in this experience. It doesn't help that the shooting gameplay in Drake's Fortune is a bit rough around the edges and can cause an unwanted level of frustration during the experience.
Uncharted 4 really loves to hammer in the fact that Nathan isn't a psychopath, even if he kills hundreds of mercs without batting an eye. The game has multiple achievements for going through certain sections of the game without killing anyone, including the Just Floor It! trophy.

When Nate is in the jeep with Elena, players need to avoid killing any enemies. This means that players should avoid any form of detection since Elena will start blasting otherwise.
Explosives are a ton of fun to use in the Uncharted games, as is the case with pretty much any shooter. Hitting a group with an explosive blast and watching them fly around never ceases to be entertaining.
However, there's a limit to how many people can get caught in the blast, especially with these explosives taking a while to trigger. Both the Dyno-Might Master and Boom County achievements require players to kill four enemies with a single explosion, which is easier said than done.
Uncharted really hammers in the action-packed side of its experience, merging combat and platforming together in a seamless manner that is genuinely impressive. Not only can players aim while hanging from a ledge, but they can also chuck grenades as well!
However, these combat opportunities are few and far between, which can make it rather irritating to get this achievement... especially with grenade arcs being pretty unpredictable too!
There are many varied ways to take out enemies in A Thief's End, with Nathan's swansong also allowing him to tackle enemies with greater finesse. From aerial takedowns to stealth kills, Nathan can do it all.
The game is well aware of this adding an achievement where players have to defeat successive enemies with a stealth kill, melee attack, headshot, and an explosive blast within 15 seconds. Running this gauntlet is going to take a lot of practice, a suitable combat arena, and some great skills.
