Steam Next Fest is back! The PC game storefront's regular celebration of upcoming video games through the magic of playable demos is always a great time, and now there's another week-long run of game demos, developer livestreams and more to get stuck into.
For it second outing this year (and a third is planned for October), Next Fest is featuring what looks to be almost 1300 titles, which is incredible. There's a ton of variety from a stack of future indie classics to an exciting bigger-budget release or two, all playable with a click of a download button.

If you're unsure of where to start amongst the litany of games available, we've compiled a list of some of our picks of the lot, and will be adding more in the coming days, so read here for some top-notch recommendations.
Steam Next Fest runs from now until June 27th, so you've got a solid weekend in the mix to get through as many demo as possible, and then just a few short days later we run straight into the Steam Summer Sale where you can make up for all the free stuff you played by throwing hundreds of dollars down on games that will sit in your backlog for years. Good luck!
