Fulham have confirmed their retained list following the end of the 2022-23 campaign

Fulham have confirmed the departures of ten players as part of their retained list following the end of the 2022-23 season.

Marco Silva's side enjoyed a successful return to the Premier League last season and managed to secure a 10th placed finish in the top-flight.

And, following the season's end, the club revealed which first-team stars will be kept on for the 2023-24 campaign.

The most notable name on the list, which the club gave special mention to, was full-back Joe Bryan.

Bryan spent last season on loan with French outfit Nice but remains the player with the most appearances for the club - out of those that are departing.

Since joining the club in 2018, the former Bristol City defender made 117 appearances in all competitions - scoring five and assisting 11 in that time.

Along with Bryan, the likes of Paulo Gazzaniga, Shane Duffy and Steven Sessegnon will also be leaving the club imminently.

Former Tottenham goalkeeper Gazzaniga made 13 appearances for the Cottagers during their 2021-22 campaign in the Championship.

The Argentine spent last season on loan with Spanish outfit Girona, who he will join a permanent basis this summer.

Duffy, meanwhile, joined Silva's side at the start of the 2022-23 season - initially on a loan deal - and went on to make six Premier League appearances for them.

The former Brighton defender will join Championship side Norwich City upon the expiry of his Fulham contract.

Sessegnon - brother of Spurs star Ryan - will also leave the club this summer after spending the majority of his football career with Fulham.

The 23-year-old joined the club at Under-9 level but has only managed to make 19 appearances for the Cottagers since then.

Along with the aforementioned players, Fulham confirmed the departures of Thorsteinn Antonsson, Sonny Hilton, Ziyad Larkeche, Jonathon Page, Murphy Parker, Jean-Pierre Tiehi.

In a post on their website, the club confirmed that deals had been offered to five players who were out-of-contract.

Neeskens Kebano and Willian were among those players to be offered a new contract.

It was also confirmed that the club had exercised one-year contract extensions for Ibane Bowat, Martial Godo and Jay Williams.
