Netflix has announced its latest venture - a pop-up restaurant - but it's leaving a sour taste with fans.

Chefs from the Bridgerton streamer's shows, including Nadiya Hussain and Iron Chef's Curtis Stone, will team up to create a special tasting menu for the eaterie in LA, which opens on June 30.

Chef's Table Dominique Crenn, Rodney Scott, Ann Kim, Andrew Zimmern, as well as Iron Chef's Ming Tsai and Nailed It! star Jacques Torres will also be whipping up dishes for customers.

Meeanwhile, mixologists from Drink Masters - including Frankie Solarik, Julie Reiner, LP O'Brien and Kate Gerwin - will craft custom cocktails for the drink menu for an all-round 'elevated dining experience,' according to Netfix.

However, fans have been blasting the restaurant, which will be at the Short Stories Hotel for a limited time run and offer dinner and brunch reservations.

'They cancel your meal after the appetizer,' one fan joked, in reference to the Black Mirror streamer's axing of popular shows.

Among recent cancellations that have devastated fans are Joe Cornish's Lockwood and Co and Kim Kardashian's fave Sex/Life.

And the gags kept rolling, with a Twitter user coming: 'Sadly you can't share a table there.'

The streamer, of course, has recently been cracking down on password sharing, sending out emails to US customers to alert them that accounts can not be shared for free outside their households.

But the chefs, at least, are excited, with Michelin-starred Curtis saying: 'Bringing my love of food to people across the world is one of the biggest thrills of my life but this screen-to-table experience of giving fans a taste of what happens on camera is just awesome.

'The talented chefs and mixologists assembled means there is something for everyone, and I'm wildly excited that my team at Curtis Stone Events is involved in bringing Netflix Bites to life.'

Josh Simon, VP of consumer products at Netflix, promised that it would be a 'an in-person experience where fans can immerse themselves in their favorite food shows from episode to entrée.'
