We'd be lying if we said we didn't love a good throwback. From our penchant for all things Gossip Girl, to our ongoing nostalgia for being kids in the '90s, and eternal fondness for vintage reality TV, our love of reminiscing is very real.
This is perhaps particularly true when it comes to the 2000s (the hair! The shows! The fashion!), with memories of high school-and what we wore back in the day-reminding us of a simpler time in our lives.
It was a time when Australian style was also thriving, with many local designers creating cult fashion items that soared straight out of magazine pages and into our hearts, taking our hard-earned pocket money with them. And because we can never say no to a chance to wander down memory lane, we thought we'd take a look back on these very pieces, and relive the looks we were obsessed with back in the day.
