Over the past several months, pop star Taylor Swift has captivated the United States with her nationwide Eras Tour at the biggest stadium venues across the country. The pop sensation has earned the attention and fanship of several NFL stars like JJ Watt and Aaron Rodgers, but Joe Burrow is not one of them just yet.
With Taylor Swift bringing the Eras Tour to Cincinnati next month, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was asked if he would be in attendance at the upcoming concert and whether or not he has a favorite song from the megastar. However, it's pretty clear that he is not a certified Swiftie.
"I have a lot of respect for what Taylor Swift has done with her career," Burrow said Tuesday. "I can't say that I'm listening to too much Taylor Swift on the speakers and the headphones. I know a lot of people that are, but that's just not me."
However, Burrow did make it clear that he's heard that the Eras Tour is a lot of fun and that he might stop by one of the concerts when Swift's tour hits Paycor Stadium at the beginning of next month.
Burrow's comments on Taylor Swift have generated quite a buzz on social media as a result.
We'll have to see if the quarterback will be in attendance next month.
