A country estate with an undisclosed location has been put up for rent for a staggering £108,000 a month. The incredible four-storey mansion, which boasts six bedrooms, is set to attract an 'ultra-high' net worth clientele, estate agents say.

The beautiful boutique hotel-style home, which would be a dream for most, comes complete with four spas, two pools and its own helipad. There's also a private cinema, champion sized' all-weather sports pitch and a fully equipped gym set across the 12 acre estate.

Set in the Kent area, the £108,333 pcm price tag is 'nothing the area has ever seen before', as the average property in the region goes for around £891 per month, according to Kent County Council.

Estate agents Hamptons are keeping the exact location a secret for confidentiality reasons, but state on their website that it sits north of Sevenoaks.

The owners of the house are looking to let the property short term, which could be anywhere from a few weeks to anything short of six months.

Tenants who rent the property will be able to park up in a five bay garage and enjoy both an indoor pool and outdoor heated pool.

Every floor of the mansion is connected by a lift system. Smaller details in the furnished property include a humidor to keep clients' cigars fresh, a sunken 16-seater gas-fuelled fire pit, a poolside cabana and moon bed, loungers inset into the pool, and an outdoor kitchen beside a 10-seater patio table.

Film and TV crews are also welcomed to take on the lease, though Head of Lettings Mark Barnes believes no one has set up cameras yet.

Since the property has been advertised to rent online, it has had around nine million views.

Mark Barnes said: "It's super, super special. It's an exclusive country estate, nothing the area has seen before. It's got a very boutique hotel style, it's super special, a very incredible house.

"The clients use it themselves, however short term letting works for them. We actually previously let it last year on a short-term let, and he's also very open to it being a filming location as well.

"It was entirely discreet marketing last year and we were fortunate enough to let the property off-market. Since we've gone online it's got over nine million views, it's definitely getting the traction. It will be for ultra-high net worth clientele.

"It would have been the perfect lockdown house, you go in through the gates and you're just in your own paradise."

Hamptons said the property sits at the end of a long driveway running through paddocks.

"Everything is there - all the leisure facilities, if you had staff the ancillary accommodation would be perfect for them, if you happen to have a helicopter you have the helipad there," Mark said.

"It's an incredible property, there is just nothing like it in the area. It's sort of Virginia Water, Ascot, it's something you'd normally find in those sorts of very wealthy pockets. We're very lucky to have it on our doorsteps.

"Once you're actually in through the gate you're very much in your own little world. Features include bespoke craftsmanship, a state of the art spa, cinema, humidor, indoor and outdoor pools, full sized sports/tennis court, helicopter landing pad set within marvellous landscaped grounds extending to just under 12 acres."

Mark added: "The outside space is as impressive as inside, with park-like grounds surrounding the house and providing a private and peaceful setting.

"The house is approached via a long, driveway which winds up through grassed paddocks to the front of the home where there is a modern carriage-style parking area forming a courtyard between the main house and the outbuildings.

"Their parking is plentiful for visiting guests in addition to a five-bay detached garage, There is also a hard surface helipad.

"Wrapping around the back of the house is a fabulous terrace, perfect for summer entertaining.

"For sporting types, as well as the plentiful bridleways and footpaths in the local area for running, walking and cycling, there is also an all-weather floodlit championship sports pitch suitable for football, basketball and other activities."
