From the bottle:
The 2019 Cultusboni Cetamura Chianti DOCG begins with a pleasing aroma of sour cherry, a good bit of earthiness, a little licorice and maybe just a hint of a floral note.
The sour cherry flavors continue when tasting this true to form Chianti with a nice rustic edge. Add in a soft mouthfeel, good acidity and an easy to drink nature and this is pretty tasty.
It finishes dry and the savory fruit lasts a while. Bring on the pizza!
