James Gunn's Superman movie is reportedly moving closer to finding its Clark Kent and Lois Lane.
Deadline reports that the first in-person screen tests for Superman: Legacy will take place around June 18-20 with DC co-heads Gunn and Peter Safran. A number of familiar names are said to be in line for the lead roles.
Sex Education star Emma Mackey, Bridgerton's Phoebe Dynevor and The Marvelous Mrs Maisel's Rachel Brosnahan are all expected to test for the role of Lois Lane.

For the role of Clark Kent, aka Superman, Deadline reports that X-Men star Nicholas Hoult (who was previously linked to the role of Lex Luthor), The Politician's David Corenswet and Grantchester's Tom Brittney are all expected to test.
It's being reported that not all of the tests have been negotiated, but the actors listed are currently expected to take part over the coming days.
Gunn is reported to be taking a "thorough" approach to casting, including watching numerous audition tapes to create a shortlist.
Brosnahan recently appeared to confirm she had auditioned to play Lois, saying that she would "jump at the chance" to play the character.
Last month, Gunn responded to rumours about Superman's casting, stating that he wouldn't name any of the actors auditioning.

"For all of you asking, I would never comment on who is or isn't AUDITIONING for a role," he wrote on Twitter.
"That's the actor's business only & isn't something I'd make public unless they did it first after the fact (like Glenn Howerton or Zachary Levi having auditioned for Star-Lord & being top choices).
"For now, only one person has been CAST in Superman: Legacy, and it isn't any of the regular players in the Superman world."
Superman: Legacy has a July 11, 2025 release date.
