The Seagate Xbox Expansion Card Has Officially Dropped In Price

Hot off the official reveal of only the second brand to offer an Xbox Expansion Card, the previous sole proprietor of officially-licensed Xbox Series X|S storage expansions, Seagate, has dropped the prices on its cards.

Although retailers have steadily been offering deals on them already, the RRP of both the 1TB and 2TB Seagate Expansion Card for Xbox has officially been lowered. The 1TB version now carries a recommended retail price of $299 AUD (originally $359) and the 2TB is $549 (originally $699.

For comparison, the upcoming WD_Black C50 cards for Xbox have been priced at $79.99 USD (approximately $120 AUD) for 500GBB or $149.99 USD (approximately $225 AUD) for 1TB, with final local pricing still to be determined.
