All Elite Wrestling fans are three weeks away from getting their hands on the company's first video game. Developed by Yuke's and published by THQ Nordic, fans have been looking to play an AEW game from the creators that have worked on past WWE games like WWE Smackdown Here Comes The Pain. AEW Fight Forever also has Hideyuki "Geta" Iwashita as the director for the game, who was behind the classic wrestling game WWE No Mercy.
While fans want to play with their favorite AEW superstars, another reason people are looking forward to the game is playing with wrestling legend Owen Hart. After the tragic passing of Hart, his family hasn't allowed WWE to use his likeness for their games. AEW partnered with the Owen Hart Foundation, led by his wife, Dr. Martha Hart, to use his likeness for AEW Fight Forever and the Owen Hart Cup tournament.
As the company has shown fans gameplay and images from AEW Fight Forever, they haven't shown images of the wrestling legend yet. However, wrestling content creator Chris Denker got a copy of the game and shared several images of Hart from his gameplay.

The standard and elite edition versions of AEW Fight Forever will release on June 29 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S at Gamestop and other retailers. The standard edition costs $59.99, and the elite edition costs 79.99.
So far, AEW Fight Forever will have 51 playable characters when it releases and eight downloadable content characters. If fans pre-order the game, they will get to play with Matt Hardy as an unlockable character. However, the elite edition will have a pre-order and a season pass, as the game will add more wrestlers and game modes in the future.
For Hart fans, the screenshots of his character model look pretty good and could push people that didn't pre-order to reserve their copy.
