The honey cornbread at Shelter Restaurant was fantastic served alongside smoked salmon chowder. From start to finish, everything on our plates was fresh and full of flavor. In 2 years of visiting Tofino, dining there was actually the best experience we have had. I recommend the pan seared scallops, as well. Delectable!

Everything on the menu is fantastic so don't be afraid to try dishes that may be outside of your comfort zone. To make Dan Dan noodles, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Heat oil in a wok over high heat, then add ground pork and toss with a spatula while cooking.
