McDonald's has just announced a refreshing start to the warmer months ahead by announcing new drinks to their summer menu. Apart from this, earlier this month, McDonald's introduced its latest menu with exciting new burgers and other menu items. Among these, were new dips which were introduced by McDonald's especially to celebrate the 40th birthday of the iconic Chicken McNuggets.
The dips have been hugely popular with McDonald's fans, however these were introduced for only a limited time, and now as reported by The Sun, McDonald's is discontinuing two of the dips: Mega Hot Sauce and Garlic Mayo dips.
But fans can find some consolation in the fact that the fast-food giant would be introducing two new dips to replaces these axed favourites.

Mega Hot Sauce Dip and new Garlic Mayo were dropped by McDonald's from 10th May, and will be discontinued from today after a hit, almost 3-weeks-long run.
The Mega Hot Sauce Dip tasted like the Big Tasty sauce but with a jalapeño kick and was loved by fans who wanted more spice with their nuggets.
McDonald's is introducing two new dips from today, May 31: Chipotle Mayo dip, a spicy and smoky twist on mayonnaise and Creamy Ranch Dip, which is a mild and creamy green herbs dip. Fans can't wait to try them out.

McDonald's fans loved the new dipping sauces, with many of them sharing their fondness for these items on Twitter. One fan wrote requesting McDonald's to make the new items permanent.
