Hot off the back of announcing their third studio album Fatalism, Sydney riff lords Polaris have unveiled an Australian tour for September.

Spanning seven cities across 10 days, Polaris are going to reduce multiple venues to smouldering rubble with the friends they're bringing along for the country-wide run.

Joining the Sydney slammers are Pennsylvania's shred kings August Burns Red, terrifying Texans Kublai Khan TX and Connecticut blasters, Currents. This tour is going to blow your head clean off your shoulders in the best way possible.

Polaris jumped onto Drive with Jordan and Luka on May 25 to chat about their latest single 'Inhumane', which explores the grim reality that we're all a bit desensitised to death.

"It's a pretty dark theme wrapped up in a bouncy party track," the boys said.

"It's got a strong nu-metal influence to it, I think. Throwing back to a lot of stuff that we listen to like when we were growing up and first getting into this kind of stuff. Just kind of a thick groove that runs through it."

Tickets to Polaris' massive Fatalism tour are on sale from 10am local time on Thursday 8 June - you can find out more over on the tour website (link). Check out all the important dates and details below and get stretching so you can throw down with the best of them.
