An music venue in Edinburgh's city centre has hit the market after closing its doors in 2020.
The Jam House, on Queen Street, was well-loved and known for its live music, DJ gigs, food, drinks and dancing.
Spanning over five storeys, the grand Georgian townhouse, is up for sale for a whopping £2,3million, with an opportunity for new owners to re-establish it as the Jam House.

In 2005, the former BBC Broadcasting House was turned into a unique music venue with the involvement of music and TV legend Jools Holland, who also has a successful venue of the same name in Birmingham which has been running since 1999.
Speaking of the venue when the plan was announced, Jools said: "I am delighted to say we got the BBC building where I had been many years ago, doing the festival.
"And now, as we had such happy memories of the place, we've torn the insides out and turned it into a nightclub.
"But Edinburgh is one of my favourite places in the world and I hope we can bring the same atmosphere to the Jam House there as in Birmingham."
The venue sadly closed its doors in 2020 but after three years of lying empty and in silence, the iconic venue up for sale.
On Right Biz, the advert reads: "Graham Sibbald are delighted to bring to market the Former Jam House, in Edinburgh city centre, available for sale or to let. This iconic building is located within Edinburgh's golden rectangle on the south side of Queen Street, in the block bounded by Hanover Street and North St David Street.
"The premises occupies the basement, ground, and first floor levels of a five-storey Georgian Townhouse extending to 16,000 sq. ft. The Jam House previously traded as a live music venue and as such benefits from Class 11 (Leisure) Consent, however, alternative uses will be considered subject to necessary consents.
"The availability of The Former Jam House provides a superb opportunity for a new owner or operator to acquire/lease a truly unique and rarely available property. There is also the potential to either re-establish The Jam House to its former use or to venture into new and exciting uses."
