I just pop everything into the slow cooker in the morning and by dinner time, it's all set! You can even be lazy and throw the slow cooker into the fridge with the leftovers and not have to clean it right away. Ha!
I used frozen drumsticks for this recipe, but you can always use fresh, or a bone in chicken thigh as well. You can easily get away with 6 drumsticks or thighs with this recipe.

Place chicken into slow cooker.
Add broth, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Squeeze the lime juice into the slow cooker on top of the chicken.
Heat on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
