A proposal to redevelop a restaurant is among the planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Hertsmere and Dacorum councils.
We reported on Thursday that a commercial business operator wants to take over the former Chiquito restaurant, in Woodside Leisure Park, but has applied to split it into two units because it thinks the site is too large.
