Luton Town have confirmed captain Tom Lockyer has been taken to hospital for further tests after collapsing in the Championship playoff final against Coventry City.
Lockyer fell to the ground unchallenged in the eighth minute sparking immediate medical attention from physios of both clubs.
The nature of Lockyer's injury has yet to be confirmed but he was seen being given oxygen before being taken to the medical room at Wembley.

He was joined by his parents and was conscious and is now on his way to hospital.
Luton issued an update via their Twitter account to say: "We are able to report that after collapsing on the pitch, Tom Lockyer has been taken to hospital for further tests.
"He is responsive and talking to his family, who are with him. We are all with you, Locks."
Lockyer was replaced by Reece Burke after a five-minute delay and applauded by fans, players and managers of both clubs.
During half-time, Sky Sports pundit Don Goodman said: "Football goes out the window when something like that happens. We are just grateful to hear the news that he is conscious and he is on his way to the best place for him right now. All of our thoughts and prayers are with Tom Lockyer for a full and speedy recovery."
