There are numerous armor sets to find and collect in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and finding them all is a prerequisite to achieving peak fashion in your Hyrule adventure. And of the most fashionable sets, the Yiga tops the list.

Of course, the Yiga are known for devious, under-handed methods, and picking up every piece of their armor will require traveling to the farthest and most unassuming locations of Hyrule. However, with all three pieces of equipment worn, not even the Yiga can tell you apart from the crowd.
The clothing piece closest to the center of Hyrule and likely one of the pieces to be found earliest, the mask is in the southern part of Hyrule Field just northwest of Lake Hylia and on the Great Plateau. It is at the same elevation as and south of the Temple of Time.
This is a tricky location to reach, and gliding to it without a full three circles of stamina and/or the Glide Suit is not practical. If you haven't already reached the Temple of Time (in which case, you should venture around the building and head south), the easiest options are to:
Either way, you'll need to make your way to the circular fort in the middle of nowhere.
Walk up to the door and interact with it to trigger dialogue with the Yiga hiding inside. They'll engage with you, one Yiga Footsoldier (standard) and one Yiga Blademaster (advanced rank).
Defeat both Yiga to gain the ability to open the door. Do so, and you'll find someone being forced to make clothes for the Yiga. Talk with them, and they'll foist the Yiga Mask onto you.
West of the Great Hyrule Forest area and hidden in a cave in the Aldor Foothills, you can reach the secret base of the Yiga by gliding from the Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower (glide southwest) or Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower (glide northeast).
The cave is hidden in the hill and marked by two Yiga stones on either side of the entrance. When you enter, you'll be notified that this is the Maritta Branch headquarters, and you can see two Yiga (a Footsoldier and Blademaster) speaking with one another up ahead past a few wooden palisades.
You cannot shoot either of these Yiga with arrows for damage to sneak up on them. As such, you'll need to trigger their attention by walking in far enough. Once you've reached the end of the palisades, they'll face you and become aggressive, allowing you to finally deal damage.
Defeat both Yiga to focus on exploring the cave.
There are a few rooms in this cave:
Deep within the Akkala region, you'll need to make a journey to a very familiar location. Make your way to the old Ancient Tech Lab north of the East Akkala Stable and Malanya, the Horse God.
As you ascend the hill, you'll once again be greeted with Yiga stones just in front of the lab to signify you're on the right track. Like with the Yiga base in the Great Plateau, boldly interact with the door to get the Yiga's attention.
Defeat both Yiga as they appear, and enter the lab. As with the previous two pieces, a tailor is being forced to make outfits for the Yiga, and you'll be given the Yiga Suit as thanks for your rescue efforts.
With all three pieces of the suit in your hands, you'll now be free to wreak havoc on the Yiga across Hyrule using their own sneaky methods against them.
