New homes worth more than £1 million at a luxury waterfront development have launched on the market. The first wave of the luxury flats at The Waterfront at West Quay Harbour in Poole have been released as construction on the development continues into next year.
When completed, there will be a total of 291 new one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses with spacious living areas, elegant kitchens and beautiful bathrooms with luxurious finishes. Residents can enjoy views across Upton Lake and Twin Sails Bridge.
The apartments, developed by London Land Group and marketed by Savills, will be arranged across five buildings, reaching up to 11 storeys high, with the design taking inspiration from the rich maritime heritage of the surrounding area. Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities, including a professionally landscaped communal courtyard with office pods, two furnished resident club lounges with full kitchen and dining facilities and roof terraces with views out across the harbour.

Prices range from £278,250 for a one-bedroom to £1.1m for the three-bedroom penthouses. The entrance lobby will have concierge services and there will also be an app to provide residents with useful information and the latest community events.
Savills say "the high specification in the apartments provide residents with a high-end living experience with additional space, state-of-the-art appliances and private balconies with breath-taking views of the surrounding area". There will also be thermostatically controlled underfloor heating in all rooms, mechanical ventilation, LED lighting throughout, video intercom and smart home-ready features.
The kitchens will feature Italian-made handleless contemporary kitchen cabinets, luxury composite stone polished countertops, with marble quartz in the penthouse apartments, and floor-to-ceiling porcelain tiles in the bathrooms. There will also be a passenger lift to all floors.

A launch event was held at the development on Thursday, May 18, to mark the opening of the sales suite with catering provided by St Tropez Lounge. Guests including the Mayor of Poole, Cllr Tony Trent and Poole BID lead Jacqui Rock were in attendance, with talks from Mario Luca Balducci, Chief Executive Officer, London Land Group, and Andy Scott, Head of Residential Development at Octopus Real Estate.
The marketing suite at the foot of the Twin Sales Bridge is now open, with a show home expected early 2024. The apartments are set to be completed in Summer 2024 and more information can be found through this link.
