Saints Row 2 is my favorite title from the franchise, thanks to it's over-the-top sense of humor, grounded storytelling, and huge list of cheat codes to play god with. The game strikes me as the wackier version of GTA IV due to their distinct similarities. While the differences between the two titles are many, Saints Row 2 does feature a cheat system that works similarly to GTA IV cheat codes. Cheats codes in Saints Row 2 can be used by opening the Phone from the pause menu, and then selecting the Cheats menu. However, to add a particular cheat code in the Cheats menu, you must first go to Dial, and then type in the cheat code. Doing so will add the cheat code to the Cheats menu. Then, open the Cheats menu from your phone and activate the cheat code. Once you add a cheat code to your phone, it stays forever.
