To make this amazing Avocado Tuna salad, I used a medium-sized avocado! Simply peel, core, and add the avocado to the bowl of tuna and chopped veggies like celery, onion, and bell pepper. It then gets mixed into the salad just like mayonnaise would.
I love to enjoy my tuna salad chunky-style and on a bed of greens.
Simply add all these ingredient to a bowl, and combine until fully mixed. Enjoy this recipe on a bed of greens, or alone!
