The Bubble Palace in Theoule sur Mer, France, is one of the most unique (and expensive) homes in the world.

If you had unlimited wealth, where would you live?

Would it be in a towering villa in Monaco - where you can watch the Grand Prix from the balcony - or a mansion in the Hamptons, where Henry Ford once lived? Or perhaps a 570-foot house in Mumbai, where one room showers its occupants with man-made snowflakes during those hot summer days?

We searched high and low for the most expensive homes in the world. Some still are waiting for a buyer, some already have been sold. You might not be able to afford them, but they're still incredible to see.
