Every application permitted by city council planners this week

Every application put before Winchester City Council planning officers were permitted this week.

In Badger Farm, Andrew Everest's application was permitted for two storey front and rear extensions at 8 Rooks Down Road.

Mr and Mrs Ellis, in Bishop's Sutton, can have a single storey rear extension at Rookery Cottage, Bishop's Sutton Road.

Elliott Lansdown-Bridge had an application permitted for alterations and extensions to an existing bungalow into a two storey dwelling with a replacement garage building with home office. This is at Highways, Main Road in Otterbourne.

Mr and Mrs Hatt had an application permitted for work at White Cottage, Upper Church Road in Shedfield. It was for a rear first floor extension to be built over existing rear ground floor.

Vincent Kavanagh's application to convert a front garden to brick paving at 22 Sandy Hill Close in Waltham Chase was permitted.

In Swanmore, Mr and Mrs Gill had an application permitted for the removal of existing conservatory and replacement with new brick flat roofed room at Melmerby, The Brambles, Spring Lane.

Kevin and Helen Coker's application for a single storey rear extension to replace existing conservatory was permitted at Porch House, Forest Lane in Wickham.

In Winchester, Mohamed Bakhaty had an application permitted for alterations at rear of dwelling to add dormer to create room in roof and additional internal alterations. This is at 15A City Road.

Edward Burrows had an application permitted for extension works at Hill View, 2 Uplands Road.

Mr and Mrs Ford's application was permitted for amendments to previously approved application (21/01017/HOU) addition of rooflight and alterations to previously permitted rear dormer windows. This is at 9 Wentworth Grange.

Hannah Wiggins-Bettles had an application permitted for works at 55 Wales Street. It is to replace concrete ground floor with a breathable limecrete alternative; replace kitchen and downstairs services; electrics updated throughout (removal of storage heaters); installation of central heating; replace three doors and two external frames; re-plastering as required with alterations. 

Mr and Mrs Smith's application for a single storey extension and alterations to dwelling at 23 Vernham Road was permitted. 

Mark Wilkins, at 47 Vernham Road, had an application permitted to demolish an existing conservatory and build a new single storey rear extension.
