US lagging 'behind' on military deterrence

Former US Army Vice Chief of Staff General Jack Keane says the United States is lagging behind on military deterrence.

"And we are desperately trying to catch up because of the 9/11 wars which lasted for 20 years," he told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

Gen. Keane stressed the Biden administration should be moving faster to "close the gap".
