At least three children hit by car in Sydney's north

At least three children have been hit by a car on the Pacific Highway at Sydney's North Shore.

Emergency crews are treating the children at the scene in Crow's Nest as they are believed to be in a serious condition.

Motorists are advised to use an alternative route as significant traffic delays are expected.
