Two lakeside holiday homes in Cornwall are to be sold at auction and could be snapped up for as low as £35,000. The two homes located at Hengar Manor Park, near St Tudy on the edge of Bodmin Moor, are set to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe's next livestreamed auction next week.
The first property at 104 Hengar Manor is a three-bedroom holiday villa which is being sold fully furnished and equipped. It is being offered with a guide price of £55,000. On the ground floor it has and open plan reception room, kitchen and diner, with a twin bedroom and shower room. The first floor has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.
The second property is 73 Hengar Manor, a two-bedroom bungalow with open plan lounge and kitchen diner, plus one double and one twin bedroom, both built-in wardrobes. This property is sold fully furnished and equipped, making it an ideal holiday let or for use family and friends. It has a guide price of £35,000.
