Prepare the ingredients: Rinse and dry the strawberries and slice them into thin slices. Measure the goat cheese and chop the mint.

Slice the baguette into slices that are about ¾ to 1 inch slices. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and broil them for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove them from the oven and let them cool to room temperature.
