Cooking chorizo in red wine is such a great way to do it, and it couldn't be easier. Red wine, onion, garlic and honey are reduced down so that it clings to the chorizo. If you want, you can braise for merely 5-10mins if you're in a rush, but up to an hour and the flavours are even more powerful.
