Four kittens rescued by firefighters in Sudbury after getting trapped

Four kittens were rescued and returned to their mum after they were trapped in a void in a Suffolk home.

Firefighters were called at 7.29pm to a home in Raleigh Road in Sudbury to reports of the four of the baby animals trapped in a void between the wall and the floor in a bathroom.

A spokesperson for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, said the kittens are all unharmed and were returned safely to their mum.

The fire crew from Sudbury left the scene at 8.17pm.
