A BUILDING once home to a city centre opticians has been sold.

Spectrum Optica's former building, based on St Swithin's Street, was empty after the opticians relocated on Tuesday, July 26.

The property is a four-storey building of traditional brick construction under a pitched slate roof with a retail unit on the ground floor and two flats above.
