Everyone in 'furious agreement' parliament can ensure Voice won't clog up government

Lawyer and Jesuit priest Father Frank Brennan says everyone seems to be in "furious agreement" parliament will be able to ensure the Voice won't clog up the workings of government.

"The only question is, if you constitutionalize the access to a quarter of a million public servants, are you able, by act of parliament, to simply squash that out," he said.
