T.J. Watt was having a T.J. Watt-esque performance on Sunday vs. the Bengals. The pass rusher had a sack and an interception in the game, but exited in the fourth after suffering an injuyr.
Midway through the fourth quarter, Watt exited the matchup with an apparent injury, and seemed to know exactly what it was before he stepped foot onto the sideline. Cameras caught Watt seemingly mouthing that he had pec injury.

Losing Watt for an extended period of time could
The reigning The Sporting News Defensive Player of the Year exited Sunday's Week 1 game with an apparent pec injury. Cameras caught Watt seemingly mouthing "I tore my pec" to training staff on his way to the sideline.
Watt is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Monday.
The Steelers confirmed the pec injury and instantly ruled him out of the game following the injury.

If the pec injury is that severe, then there's a chance that Watt's 2022 season could be over. In years past, the injury has required surgery and also robbed players of their seasons. Watt's brother, J.J., suffered a torn pec in 2019 and was ruled out for the season. The injury then, though, occurred in October.
Watt was part of a unit that tormented Joe Burrow all day: Watt had a sack and an interception on the day, one of six on the Bengals passer.
