There is just something amazing about a cool fall day and sipping on a tasty Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino! I love going thru the Starbucks drive thru and grabbing a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino however I love them even more when I can make them at home and not even have to leave the house. If you have never made frappuccinos at home you are going to love making them once you see just how easy they are to make! They are almost easier then driving thru the Starbucks line, and totally easier then loadings a bunch of kids up in the car to go out and get one!
Use a quality coffee. I like to make it with Starbucks brand coffee but you don't have to, you can use any brand of coffee to make this Frappuccino Starbucks Copycat Drink.
Use homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup. You can use store bought pumpkin spice syrup, but I much prefer using homemade pumpkin spice syrup.
Use Homemade whipped cream. Store bought will work, but I think homemade whipped cream tastes so much better!
Use a Frap cup. If you are wanting to have the full Frappuccino experience at home grab yourself a Frappuccino cup.
To Make this one Weight Watchers friendly use skim milk and Sugar-Free Pumpking spice syrup and it is just 5 Weight Watchers SmartPoints on the FreeStyle Plan! If you want it sweeter then use a low point sweetener. If you are looking for a low carb version, be sure to check out the Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.
Freeze the coffee, you want it frozen for at least 4 hours. I like to put the coffee in ice cube trays and keep them on hand so I can easily make frappuccinos whenever I want to.
In a blender, add the coffee ice cubes, coffee, milk, and pumpkin syrup.
Blend for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
Pour the frappuccino mix into the cup and top it with whipped cream.
