Waking up after a well-deserved Sunday lie-in, you open up the fridge and realise you've run out of milk. Disaster.

Don't panic, most of your go-to supermarkets are likely to be open so you won't have to through your day without a cuppa.

However, chances are that many of these stores will be operating on reduced hours on a Sunday.

If Iceland is your nearest supermarket, then here's what you need to know about the chain's opening hours during Sunday.

The supermarket chain, which operates in the UK and Ireland, primarily supplying frozen products, will work on reduced hours on Sundays.

So if you're to make a quick trip to Iceland on a Sunday, stores generally open at 10am and close at 4pm.

Timings can vary branch to branch - but you can find exact information on opening hours for your nearest Iceland outlet by using their online store finder.

Iceland is typically open from 8.30am to 5.30pm from Mondays to Saturdays every week.

Besides in-store shopping, Iceland offers 'click and collect' service, through which you can access the supermarket's products from the comfort of your own home.

You can order range of frozen and non-frozen food items including vegetables, prepared meals, produce, meat, dairy, and dry goods.

The click and collect option, lets customers pick up goods ordered online either from one of its stores or a collection point across the UK.

Booking a click and collect delivery slot costs £2 if you spend less than £35 on shopping. However the service is free if your order is worth more than £35
